2. Appointments and Cancellations

Arrival Windows

We provide arrival windows (e.g., "12:00 PM - 2:00 PM"). While we strive for punctuality, delays due to traffic, weather, or prior emergency jobs may occur. We will communicate any significant delays.

Adult Presence

An authorized adult (18+) must be present to approve the scope of work and payment.

Cancellations

We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

Missed Appointments

We reserve the right to charge a service call fee if our technician arrives and no one is available to grant access to the property.

3. Payment Terms

Due Upon Completion

Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the service, unless prior written arrangements have been made.

Methods

We accept Cash, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), and Checks (subject to approval).

Title to Goods

All parts and equipment installed remain the property of MSB Garage Door Repair until the invoice is paid in full.

Late Payments

Overdue invoices may be subject to a late fee or interest as permitted by California law.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work.

Labor Warranty

Parts Warranty

Exclusions

5. Safety and Customer Responsibilities

Work Area

Please keep children, pets, and vehicles away from the garage area while our technicians are working.

Pre-Existing Conditions

MSB Garage Door Repair is not liable for damage to property resulting from pre-existing wear and tear or structural defects (e.g., a door falling due to old, rotted wood framing during a standard repair attempt).

6. Limitation of Liability
